January 2024 rewards report and SSN reward reduction

Hello everyone,

Per GP008, the January rewards report has now been published to GitHub - Zilliqa/ZIP: Zilliqa Improvement Proposal . You can read it at ZIP/rewards/2024-01-04.md at master · Zilliqa/ZIP · GitHub

Note that the previously agreed staking reward reductions will start to take effect from Tuesday 16th January (now that we have the technical mechanism to do so).
